Problem areas that we can treat include: ​ ​Forehead Lines Frown Lines Crows Feet Brow lift Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Generalised disorders of muscle activity (e.g. myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome). Infection or inflammation at the proposed injection site. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use during breast-feeding. Undesirable effects: Undesirable effects usually occur within the first week following injection and are temporary in nature. They may be related to the active substance, the injection procedure, or both. Localised pain inflammation Paraesthesia Hypoaesthesia Tenderness Swelling Oedema Erythema Itching Localised infection Haematoma Bleeding and/or bruising

Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation (or no show) Charge Policy: We understand that things sometimes come up and that you may need to make changes to your appointment. we will always be as flexible as possible with our clients, for this reason the deposit will be refunded if you cancel the appointment with more than 48 hours' notice. However, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in case of late cancellations (any cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice). this may sound strict, but quite simply if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice it is very difficult for us rebook your appointment slot(s) which means that we are unlikely yo treat another client in your place but we still have to pay running costs. We will always try to be sensitive to personal circumstances in the event of late cancellations. If you have a split payment plan for permanent makeup up and you don't show or cancel you second appointment with more than 48 hours you will need to pay an extra £30 penalty on top of the price of the second session.
