PATCH TEST IS REQUIRED 24HRS BEFORE TREATMENT. Please remember to book your patch test and read all the information about the treatment, it is available in our website. If you want your patch test send by post, please contact us. On the day of your appointment, we talk about the different techniques and suggest the bets one fro your skin and lifestyle; we also try different colours on your skin to decide the best shade for you. If you want t reschedule your appointment, make sure you contact us at least 48hrs before the appointment. Deposit is not refundable. Touch up session included and it must be done between 6-12 weeks after initial session. *if you already got semi permanent makeup on the area done somewhere else, you must book a consultation or send us pictures of your brows; if you do not do this and arrive to your appointment with eyebrows that need removal first, we won't be able to refund you deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation (or no show) Charge Policy: We understand that things sometimes come up and that you may need to make changes to your appointment. we will always be as flexible as possible with our clients, for this reason the deposit will be refunded if you cancel the appointment with more than 48 hours' notice. However, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in case of late cancellations (any cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice). this may sound strict, but quite simply if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice it is very difficult for us rebook your appointment slot(s) which means that we are unlikely yo treat another client in your place but we still have to pay running costs. We will always try to be sensitive to personal circumstances in the event of late cancellations. If you have a split payment plan for permanent makeup up and you don't show or cancel you second appointment with more than 48 hours you will need to pay an extra £30 penalty on top of the price of the second session.
