IPL Half Face / Hands
Service Description
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a versatile skin rejuvenation treatment designed to improve the appearance and overall health of the skin. This treatment can be tailored to address a variety of concerns including pigmentation, sun damage, redness, rosacea, acne, visible blood vessels, and early signs of ageing. Using advanced light technology, IPL targets specific skin concerns while stimulating collagen production to promote smoother, clearer, and more youthful-looking skin. Suitable for treating: -Sun damage and age spots -Pigmentation and uneven skin tone -Rosacea and facial redness -Thread veins and broken capillaries -Acne and post-inflammatory redness -Fine lines and early skin ageing -Dull or tired-looking skin This treatment can be performed on a half-face area (such as cheeks and nose) or the backs of the hands, making it ideal for targeting specific concerns without treating the full face. Recommended course: Most concerns benefit from a course of 3–6 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Downtime: Minimal. Mild redness, warmth, or temporary darkening of pigmentation may occur and usually settles within a few days. Best for: Clients looking to improve specific areas affected by sun damage, redness, pigmentation, visible veins, acne, or signs of ageing. Important: A consultation and patch test are required before treatment. IPL is not suitable for recently tanned skin or during periods of active sun exposure. Treatment time: Approximately 20–30 minutes. This wording keeps it broad enough that you can use the same booking option whether you're treating rosacea on the cheeks, pigmentation on the hands, or a small area of acne-prone skin.
