Service Description
A detail consultation is always performed on the day of the treatment to understand your requirements. If you feel uneasy about booking or unsure of which treatment you’d like, we do offer separate consultations Terms and Conditions: DEPOSITS : -Deposits are non- refundable -You have 48 hours prior to your appointment to be able to move it otherwise you will loss your deposit. -You can only reschedule your appointment once. CANCELLATIONS : - If you cancel with less than 48 hours it will stand as a missed appointment. MISSED APPOINTMENTS : -A missed appointment will result in a loss of the deposit CONSENT : -All clients are required to fill out a medical consent form and treatment consent form that will be sent by email and discuss on the day of treatment. TREATMENTS : -Treatment available for over 18 years old - If you look under age and do not have ID we will refuse treatment. - If you fail to read all pre treatment advise and contraindications your appointment may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. - If the client feels there is a possibility they might be pregnant then they will be refused treatment REFUNDS : - We do not offer refunds GUESTS & CHILDREN : - Clients can bring max. 1 guest for support - Guests are not permitted to be in the treatment room when the treatment is carried out - No children under 14 are permitted within the clinic rooms or reception area - No pets are allowed on premises PRE AND POST TREATMENT CARE : -It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to the written and verbal after care provided -Clients can also find pre / post care advise on our website -In the case of a medical emergency outside of the clinic, it is the responsibility of the client to contact us and seek medical help from a Doctor, Pharmacist or hospital
Cancellation Policy
Deposit and Cancellation (or no show) Charge Policy: We understand that things sometimes come up and that you may need to make changes to your appointment. we will always be as flexible as possible with our clients, for this reason the deposit will be refunded if you cancel the appointment with more than 48 hours' notice. However, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in case of late cancellations (any cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice). this may sound strict, but quite simply if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice it is very difficult for us rebook your appointment slot(s) which means that we are unlikely yo treat another client in your place but we still have to pay running costs. We will always try to be sensitive to personal circumstances in the event of late cancellations. If you have a split payment plan for permanent makeup up and you don't show or cancel you second appointment with more than 48 hours you will need to pay an extra £30 penalty on top of the price of the second session.
